*Before you read any of the menu options below, please remember this is a personal chef service and everything can be tailored to suit your preferences. These are just a few popular items of foods I have prepared in the past. Items with an * are gluten free.

As much as possible, I strive to use fresh local products and sustainable, cruelty free animal products.  We will discuss this and organic in our consultation/communications about your menu.

 Most items are fine for freezing, however a # beside it means best fresh!  (#best fresh!)

Healthier Choices:

Pan Sauteed Chicken Piccata (with lemon juice & capers, with or without breading)
